1. Acquisition

The discussions between Imagine Media Ltd and Fresca Web Management Ltd have today been completed and the Agreement for the acquisition of Imagine by Fresca has been signed.

The Directors of Imagine and Fresca believe that the combination of the two companies will result in a much stronger organisation. Over the past couple of years, Fresca has developed its position in providing content management and application management services to blue chip clients, including P&O PC, Virgin Retail Ltd, Hyundai and Pentax UK Ltd. Fresca's major shareholder is Fi System, a European e-business integrator and a market leader in complex e-business projects in the UK. Now, as part of Fresca, Imagine's clients have access to over 100 staff in the UK, including over 25 technical staff here in Beaconsfield.

The cultures of both Imagine and Fresca have been one of customer focus and Fresca will continue to deliver high quality personal service and responsiveness.

Fresca will continue to develop and support the larger Imagine projects while development and support for smaller projects will be provided by the web development company, Thames Valley Interactive. TVI creates and maintains websites for SME's. TVI is committed to providing high quality service at the same price that Imagine has provided for its smaller projects.

3. New Contact Details

The premises of Fresca are situated in the centre of Beaconsfield Old Town. It is a perfect location for relaxed meetings in a choice of pubs and restaurants or more formal meetings in one of the meeting rooms of the 3 storey building.
